CREATIVE WEARABLES
This work is usually done for family and friends or just to try something out
and to use the end product as a wearable object. Some are the spontaneous and experimental use of scraps using the verstile technique of needle felting.

Feathers have regularly been partnered with hats in the past so I have started
this experimentation with a feather shape. This a continuation of my work using
raw edge applique and free machine quilting with sheers. On this removeable hat brooch
I have used beads and gutta as embellishment.
